Processing reservations

Website and form security

The table reservation form is protected using Cloudflare Turnstile, a technology designed to prevent abuse of online forms and detect automated requests and bots.

When Turnstile is used, Cloudflare may process certain technical signals, including IP address, User-Agent information, TLS fingerprint, sitekey and information about the source website. Cloudflare states that these signals are used to detect and prevent automated or malicious traffic.

Data relating to room reservations may be retained for as long as necessary to process the reservation, provide accommodation services and comply with legal obligations.

The retention period may vary depending on the type of data and the applicable legal requirements.

9. Security of Personal Data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or other unlawful processing.

The table reservation form is additionally protected using Cloudflare Turnstile, which is designed to prevent automated abuse and bot traffic.

the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
the right to erasure of your personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met;

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
